"Thank you for the funniest moment of Christmas so far. Absolutely hilarious. I ordered and paid for the blades on 01/12. emailed on 9/12 and 10/12 and asked for information on delivery dates and when I might expect the razor blades. NO REPLY. Annoyed with being ignored, the last three emails (12/12, 13/12 and 14/12) have asked for the order to be cancelled and my payment refunded via PayPal. NO REPLY. Even emailed Wilkinson accounts dept - NO REPLY. I strongly object to having to give one star as a review. NO PRODUCT + NO DELIVERY + NO CUSTOMER SERVICE = NO STARS. System won't even let me put a review title in. Suggest you buy Gillette, as I have now done."
