   2. Online Instant Win Mechanic: Winners will be selected using an independently verified and auditedalgorithm process which will randomly determine if they have won based on the total number ofpromotional packs available during the Promotional Period. Not guarantee all prizes will be won.
   3. Prize Details: Everyone who enters during the promotion periods have the same and equal chance ofwinning. Not all prizes from advertised prize pool are guaranteed to be won. The Prizes are nottransferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form ofcompensation. If for any reason any element of a Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves theright, at its sole discretion to substitute another prize for it, of equal or greater value.
   4. Winner Details: If a winning unique code is entered, the winner shall be required to enter theirdetails, including name, email, contact number and address to confirm their prize on the website.Winners will then receive an email confirming the details of their prize. All winners may be subjectto verification of the details provided and age, proof of ID may be required (passport or drivinglicence). If a winner’s email or postal address details are incorrect or the winner fails to respondwithin 14 days of the date of the win notification, or is ineligible, it will be deemed that thewinner has refused the Prize and the Prize will be added to another unique code within the prizepool. Ifthe Promoter does not receive a response from a winner within 7 days of its first attempt atcontact, the winner rejects their prize or is ineligible the entry is subsequently found to beinvalid or in breach of these terms and conditions, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and thePromoter shall be entitled to select another winner using the same methodology as described above .Entrants are encouraged to monitor their connections during this time in case they are the winner.The process will repeat until an eligible winner is able to claim the prize. 4. 5. In the event that the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but notlimited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any othercauses beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security,fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right todisqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms &Conditions and to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries.
6. Entrants who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’sdiscretion.
7. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, illegible, delayed, corrupted, damaged,misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason.Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guaranteecontinuous or secure access to the entry site.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for proofof address and ID (passport or driving licence). The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to awarda prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion anddisqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach ofthese Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of thispromotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage inparticipating or won using fraudulent means.
9. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering thepromotion and acceptance of the prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failingto supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.
10. The Promoter together with any associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss(including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expenseor damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) inconnection with this Promotion or accepting or using a Prize, except for any liability which cannotbe excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promoter's liability for death or personal injury as aresult of its negligence.
11. The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for anyproblems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. ThePromoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party norfor any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network,computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent aparticipant’s entry to the promotion.
12. An entry must be made directly by the individual entering the Promotion. Entries (bulk or otherwise)from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Entries submitted by macros orother automated means together with entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms &Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that anentrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’,‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other thantheir own or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant’s entries into thePromotion in a way that is not consistent with the rules of the Promotion, that entrant’s entrieswill be disqualified and any prize awarded will be void. Entrants are not permitted to enter usinganonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.
13. Should an act, omission, event or circumstance occur which is beyond the reasonable control of thePromoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms & Conditions the Promoterwill not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations.
14. The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence willbe entered into.
15. If any provisions of these Terms & Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable,this will not affect or impact the continuation in full force and affect the remainder of theprovisions.
16. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application willbe subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales unless you live inIreland or in another part of the UK, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.
